OUR STORY
Our journey begins while on a visit to northern Italy, our founder, during a tasting of Dry Gin spirits, came up with the idea of creating his own Dry Gin. After countless hours of experimenting, following the guidance of a master distiller, a very special recipe was formed, that was going to be the genesis of Di Norda Dry Gin. This exquisite Gin Spirit, allows you to become part of an entirely new tasting experience, right from the first sip.The secret lies in ingredients, nothing less than finest quality handpicked herbs from all over the world
INGREDIENTS

DISTILLATION
During the distillation process, the steam that is created passes through the condenser, liquefies, and produces the final distillate. The \"heads\" (volatile compounds with low boiling points) and the \"tails\" (volatile compounds with high boiling points) are separated from the distillate. The heart of the distillate, which remains (measured at 76% vol), is further blended with ethyl alcohol from grains and then diluted in the presence of water to 40% vol.
